Schedule A permit holders must have a valid Food Handlers - Food Safety Course. Our Food Safety Inspector has strongly suggested, that all of you selling Schedule B products take the course as well. This does not apply for not-for-profits booking the Community Table, as our Volunteer Market Manager has taken the course.
